In the past, we found space to collaborate and compromise. It seems the option to build bridges has been replaced by deepening the divide. As if there's a breaking point among Americans.
The political spectrum is transmitted boisterously across the nation, through dedicated radio and tv rhetoric, amplifying opinion to the extreme. We must find a way to engage once again, constructively.
Not all leaders come from Washington DC. Many Americans are stepping up despite disagreements to strengthen society and fulfill the promise of this great nation.
